Acceptance of terms

By using Xciah or our website, you agree to these fair terms. If you don't agree, please do not use the app.
By downloading, accessing, or using the Xciah application (the "App") or the xciah.com website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Auxzon Solutions ("Auxzon", "we", "us").
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must discontinue using the App and website immediately.
We may revise these Terms occasionally to reflect product updates or legal requirements. Material updates will be announced via the App or email. Continued use indicates your acceptance.

During closed beta, features and interfaces may be refined based on tester feedback. We work to ensure stability, but beta software may experience occasional updates.
Approved waitlist testers receive early access invites. In-app purchase is not live during beta. Pro launches with the public release.
Pricing and plans

First week of Pro is free with no card needed. After that, choose the Free plan or upgrade to Pro.
Free first week: Every new account receives 7 days of Pro automatically, with no card required and nothing to cancel.
Free plan (after the first week): Includes all logging, all pages, and the Vault, with 15 AI replies a day. Logging still works after the 15 replies are used; only AI replies stop until midnight.
Pro plan: ₹99 a month or ₹699 a year (about ₹58 a month). Pro adds unlimited AI replies and deeper insights (month and year views). Pro launches with the public release.
Data ownership and vault encryption

You own your personal records. Your Vault is encrypted on your phone before backup.
You retain sole ownership of all data, notes, habits, financial logs, tasks, and Vault items you enter into Xciah.
Vault items are encrypted with AES-256 (CBC with HMAC-SHA256) on your phone before backup. The Vault key is derived from your PIN on the phone and never leaves it. Xciah cannot read your Vault items.
Because your Vault key never leaves your phone, you are responsible for remembering your PIN. Xciah cannot recover Vault items if you lose your PIN.
Permitted use and conduct

Use Xciah for lawful personal tracking. Do not attempt to reverse engineer or breach the service.
You agree to use Xciah strictly for personal, non-commercial productivity and self-organization in compliance with applicable laws.
You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the App; probe or attempt to breach backend infrastructure; or misuse the cloud AI APIs.

Xciah is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for personal organization.

Limitation of liability

Our legal liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent authorized under applicable law, Auxzon Solutions and its founders shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use Xciah.
Our aggregate liability for claims related to these Terms will not exceed the total amount paid by you to Auxzon over the preceding twelve months (or ₹1,000 INR if you have used only the free tier).
